Comfortable room, great location, with the hotel's ideal proximity to shops, bars, and restaurants making it a perfect base for exploration. The welcoming atmosphere enhanced by amenities like the fitness center and indoor swimming pool.
Nothing to improve.

Proximity to Chase Field, unique cocktail bar, well-stocked indoor pool area
Inconsistent air conditioning!!! The small size of rooms made for cramped conditions, and good luck navigating the elevators with only three for a 20-story hotel!!! Triaging stair access during busy times felt inefficient.

What makes it worth it – and what doesn’t
The location is fantastic for catching a baseball game, and the lobby has a modern, welcoming ambiance. Rooms maintained comfort during the scorching Phoenix heat!
Construction noise disrupted my stay, and unexpected parking fees made it feel less affordable. Also, missing amenities in the room were disappointing.

I loved the spacious rooms with a mountain view and the modern bathrooms. Only downside was the slightly high bottled water prices. I would definitely stay again!

More clear signs for elevator key operation would help.

a comfortable stay with room for improvement
The room offered sufficient space for all three of us, making our stay pleasant. Cleanliness was evident throughout our time there, adding to our comfort. The cozy atmosphere of the lobby made it an inviting place to relax. Additionally, the staff members we interacted with were genuinely friendly and helpful.
